Pariksha Pe Charcha: Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone has given a message to the students before the board exams. The actress shared a clip of the episode of 'Pariksha Pe Charcha' on her Instagram account, in which she also thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for this opportunity. Along with this, the actress talked about her school days.

Let us tell you that Deepika Padukone shared the video on Instagram. The video begins with a student asking Padukone what important things they can do to improve their mental health. The actress advised the students to always express themselves and never suppress their emotions, whether they are with family or friends. She said, "I was a very naughty child. I was always jumping on the sofa, table, chair. Sometimes we are very stressed. Like I was very weak in maths and I still am. Like Narendra Modi ji has written in his book Exam Warriors, 'Express never suppress.' So always express yourself whether it is with your friends, family, parents, or teachers. Journaling is a great way to express yourself".

Deepika also spoke about the time when she was in depression. She interacted with the students on a fun activity in which she asked everyone to identify one of their strengths and write it down. She thanked the Prime Minister for the opportunity to interact with the students and wished everyone good luck for the exams.

The episode of 'Pariksha Pe Charcha' will be released on 12 February

Prime Minister Modi on Monday launched the eighth edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha (PPC) 2025 in Delhi. In the first episode, he interacted with students at Sunder Nursery in Delhi and discussed strategies to manage exam stress. The second episode will feature Deepika Padukone, who will interact with students on the importance of mental health and well-being and share her personal experiences and insights. The second episode of "Pariksha Pe Charcha" will be released on February 12. This popular programme hosted by Prime Minister Modi engages students to discuss about education, stress and examinations. 

Deepika Padukone's work front

Talking about the work front, Deepika Padukone was last seen in Rohit Shetty's cop drama Singham Again in 2024. Her 2018 release Padmaavat was re-released in theaters last week. Directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the historical drama also stars Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh.
